7x24 System support and maintenance services
For products without any official warranty and excluded from maintenance contract we offer solution via our 7x24 call center. Customers who signed a years contract for maintenance have fixed prices for their calls. Depending on the customers wish we also continue to serve with the signing of maintenance contracts for products without any warranty. Conditions of maintenance contract can be set by the client. We only assist our customers in assessment of their needs.
Hardware: In accordence with the contract clients server, pc and printers problems will be diagnosed the fixed without any additional fee. If the problem is caused by faulty hardware, an additional fee for the changing of hardware will be charged from the customer.
Software:Problems caused by system errors, diagnosing and fixing these problems will be covered.
Price for the monthly contract depends on number of computers in the company. Extra %10 discount will be provided for 1-10 PC + 1 Server large companies, %20 discount will be applied for companies which have 10-20 PC + 1 Server.
Contracted system support and maintanence services (Hardware-Software) PRO
Customers problem will be diagnosed accordig to contract terms agreed by the customer. Afterwards problems will be fixed free of charge. If there are any extra parts that need changing extra cost will be charged to the customer.
Within System support and maintenence contract services which can be seen on GAttachment 1 will be provided to the customer by one of our contracted specialists. If the problem persists a Turtech specialist will offer his support.
Problems due to system failure and diagnosing them are included with maintenence contracts depending on the agreement between customer and TurTech Periodic backup, reinstalling programms can also be included to the contract.
